otIt's that time of year again and this year, I feel like I have a lot of inner me things to work on. Of course their will be the whole, get in shape and like my body goal, but I feel like there is a lot of self improvement that this 31 year old mother of 6 needs to work on. Here goes my list…..
- Lose weight and get fit.
- Eat and feed my family more healthily.
- Be a better mother, spend more time with each of my kids and have more patience with them.
- Be a better wife, work harder to understand my husbands feelings in our relationship and that we are a team.
- Be a better friend, make it a point to call, write or visit my friends and let them know that I do care and appreciate all of them, even though my hectic life gets in the way often.
- Manage my money better and work on a goal to get out of debt, along with a goal to start saving money.
- Find my faith. I really fell out of the loop when it comes to my religion. I feel like something is missing in my life with me not being an active member in a church. My kids also need this!
- Be more frugal! This goes for many things in my life.
- Quit procrastinating. I have so many things that I want to do and have no reason why I can't. Get off my rear and do them!
- Be more organized. With such a large family and running a business out of our home, this is something that is a must. Now to figure out what is the best method for us!
- Take time for me. I need to remember that I am not only a mother, wife, homemaker, etc. I am Christina. There is a person underneath all those labels. I need to take time for me, to do something that makes me happy, to just be ME!
Well there it is. That's what is on the top of my head right now. If I think of anything else of importance this evening, I will add to it! Hopefully I can get a lot of this accomplished or at least a step towards it in this new year!
Happy New Year's Everyone! I hope it is your best year yet!
I'm back! :) While stalking all of my favorite blogs, I came across a 365 day challenge that really appeals to me! It is something that should bring me closer to both my photography and my scrapping. I plan to add this challenge to the Scrapperie boards when they are back up too.
Here is how it works....
365 work plan
365 photos in 365 days
52 layouts
12 journal ling pages
12 photo tips
1 amazing experience
You do not need any special tools, just your camera, a tripod (would be useful) a notepad and pen, and your craft supplies!
I hope to see more people join! Let me know if you do!
I have my camera sitting right here and it's not too late to get in my first picture... so I'm off to trot around the house and take one. Anna's prompt for Day 1 is....

I want you to write a list of Goals for 2008, nothing to unachievable, just a list of maybe 10 things you would like to do this year. If you want to go into more detail, why not try writing a Mission Statement, Stacey Julian has a free download here as an example. Use your note book to write your 10 Goals .

I'll be back again in a bit with my picture!
